Seeking resources on multi-family development. Currently, purchasing small properties (20-40 units) with minor renovations. Looking to transition to building a 150 unit new apartment complex, so I need resources that act more as a check list to ensure I don't forget anything. Any advice is warranted and greatly appreciated!
