Your question to liability coverage is so green that any insurance agent can answer it, you need to equip yourself more knowledge to understand your own policy, insurance agents will pass on the liability to you aka read all your paperwork before signing, and if it hits the fan, they will tell you that it is not covered by the policy.

They are the nicest older couple, which these tenants are taking advantage of - not paying rent for a year already, they trashed the property, not opening the door when the owner comes over, ran the property down to unsanitary condition where packs of green flies accumulated and are flying around theirs and neighbors properties (we never used to have those before!)

Alternatively, if I sold it today at its currently inflated value (probably no less than 430K), that would make it unlikely to ever be available for rent given the monthly cost at that point would probably be more than $3,000, which is considerably more than comparable rents in this neighborhood.Anyway, I'm not renting it out right this minute, so I suppose I'll cross that bridge later.
