The color in that photo above is not mustard and tan even when the roof, grass and sidewalk get installed.

So easy example, let's say after expenses, my net rental income is $10,000, well with the feds, I'm in the 37% group, so they get $3,700 in tax.

I think that's the driver of their rate hike at the end of March when the Fed lowered rates and did the big QE.
