Hi Everyone,

I wanted to begin a discussion on how you can create a community feeling on your property and devise marketing strategies with local businesses to add value to your tenants and employees.

We began a promotion with Papa John's in our market.  We have been able to employ a program that

1. gives new tenants coupon for one free pizza

2. staff is fed once per month free

3. staff gets 50% off while working

4. We advertise on their box tops the first seven days of the month

5. Papa Johns places bandit signs on our property first 7 days of the month

This creates a win-win for tenants and employees.

Anyone out there that has creative ideas to add value to the tenants and create this community.

Thanks for reading and sharing
