A resident I know purchase a house last year with his intern income.

There are parents/sisters/friend/grand children, total 6 adults 4 children. 

You could also partner with yourself using your IRA and cash or you could partner your IRA, cash and with a friend. 

Or should I wait and have my own agent arrange to see the property (it's also a friend so they're going to help be an extra set of eyes on the investment also).

Or can i just submit both contracts to  an investor friendly tittle company?

@Lindsey Iskierka These are residential properties, so why would you not get a conventional 30 yr fixed?

PS - I need someone to fix a smaller residential boiler.
