Figure out what it would cost to do full remediation of mold and water issues including testing plumbing, repairing any issues with plumbing, ripping out drywall and flooring and replacing as necessary, etc.

The houses generally predate air conditioning and it was too hot upstairs to cook, so there was a kitchen, usually smaller than the one on the main floor, for quick summertime meals.Still a single family.
