a few hundred bucks with an attorney at this stage who is proficient in RE.. or meeting with a VETERAN real estate broker who has 20 plus years in the industry.. something like that and pay for their time it will be cheap in the long run.. you may not even be describing what they want to do properly.so the feed back your getting of course is negative..

When the prototype came out and it looked promising, one high profile VC took the jump, then everybody followed like a shark feeding frenzy. 

Part of your job is maintaining good relationships with the tenants but if push comes to shove, don't bite the hand that feeds you.

I really can't get enough and I think it's time to dive in head first to see if I can't douse (or maybe feed) this burning flame in my core for REI.

Hi every one my name is James Robinson I am 28 years old and interested in investing in other states, maybe Kansas or some were the prices of property is cheaper I would like to make 10 to 20k investments and trying to lean all I can if anyone has any feed back on this subject please respond it would be much appreciated.
