Has anyone heard of or gone through NACA to purchase a home?

Hey BP community,

I am currently working with NACA on purchasing my first buy and hold property. NACA is a non-profit HUD Certified homeownership and advocacy organization that has been in the forefront in the fight for economic justice. I was wondering if anyone here has worked with them and if anyone has, how was your experience with them?

Thanks,

I went through the process and closed last November and I'm currently helping 4 of my friends go through NACA to buy multi-family homes right now.
