When you work at a firm with low splits and sharing with other agents you have to (churn and burn) closings as fast as you can.

Time is your biggest enemy if something does result in a claim, because memories become fuzzy real fast and evidence gets erased.

Meaning who offers the best price and is fast.

Your competition surely will pull the trigger that fast.

I have had no surprises with estimates and the work has been of High Quality and FAST! 

Thinking about this overnight I kept considering how fast he dropped the price.

I know it depends on what I PERSONALLY want to do and how fast I want to do it and all that but I want to hear your opinions...What would you do?
