Just to throw another wrinkle into the mix, said disabled children, adult or minors, if receiving State benefits, may disqualify them if the chunk of money is substantial.In the meantime, the children are presumably safe and living in the house (?)

There seems to be more adult supervision coming to some of the VC-backed entities, but there are far more newcomers sort of half following the rules from what I have seen in the last year.
