With that said, when selecting a syndicated investment, you really are putting a lot of trust into the syndicator. 

Granted, if you are able to select your own tenants and don't have to work with inherited ones that come with the property, and you can afford to have the property managed by a third party company, things can get a little less stressful.

Those tenants often have their select tenant rep brokers for that region or area that scrub sites.

Then, I turned it over to an Airbnb management company, and lost more (2 excellent financial decisions).

From there you can do a property search by type and select specific neighborhoods.

When it comes to excel I'm very uneducated but I think it would be so helpful to enter property data and then the spreadsheet would automatically order these measures best to worst preforming.
