Tips and Tricks on Organizing all those Deals you analyze?
Yes, we all analyze deals but sometimes they get lost in the masses. I'm just wondering if anyone has a spreadsheet or an app that helps you track your analyzed deals from best performance to worst. I think it would be handy if I could glance at 1 sheet and see which property has the best Cash on Cash ROI, Cash Flow Etc. When it comes to excel I'm very uneducated but I think it would be so helpful to enter property data and then the spreadsheet would automatically order these measures best to worst preforming. Maybe I am unorganized but I would love to hear how you do it?
