All 3 of us know how to fix/rehab houses as we do it everyday at work.

Every day I watch many income properties went under contract and sold, I am asking myself why do they commit themselves to these properties at this price point.

Since that time a couple weeks ago, I've been trying to catch up nearly every day and have now decided to ramp things up by joining BP!

I have completed some of these and have the rest on my to do list.I log a lot of hours everyday listening to podcasts and audio books as I take care of tasks that don't take my full attention.

I have met with an agent who is sending me potential projects every day.

For people who do this every day (most of the people here), the rules are clear that house flipping is a job that creates income by buying and selling inventory. 

I am on any buyers list and have properties sent to me everyday to evaluate.  

I have a strong "why" for doing real estate (not only to become wealthy), and I spend at least an hour every day reading or listening to audios.

I no longer listen to music--- pod casts all day everyday! 

We're running about 800,000 CMAs every day, I can't even imagine putting real person manpower behind that :).
