I'm new to the BP community and so excited to be here! I'm a licensed Realtor in KY with primarily residential sales experience. My husband and I have recently acquired a 4 plex and looking to purchase more! I've learned so much from these forums, blog posts and pod casts! I no longer listen to music--- pod casts all day everyday! Would love to connect with other newbies or experienced investors. Looking forward to a local meet up in a few short weeks!
