I knew a family whom just casually let their dog poo inside the home.....then left it in there and i’ve personally seen a pile up poo stacked from never throwing it out on the patio.

@Luc Boiron  letters pictures of the kiddos and family dog have been used for ages  we were doing this in the SF bay area in the 80s nothing new hear.taking a lessor offer well that's their right I suspect

It's clear water and my dog uses it as a water dish, so, it's not sewer.I've lived in this house before for 1.5 years (moved out 5 years ago) and didn't notice this, but I also didn't do much yardwork in the front, which I'm doing now.

It is possible to have a negative cash flow situation in a portfolio, but generally, the property with a negative cash flow would be a "dog" and sold.
