That’s not to say it projects couldn’t be managed in such a way but my preference was to not spend my time on that, the flip side being that you really need to be comfortable with the principal running the deal to ensure it is in fact going to be properly managed.Hope it helpsThanks Charles,I had thought of that and there are a couple I have looked into.
