I'm building a home in the mountains of N.C. and wondering what others are seeing banks do in terms of minimum % down on a new construction loan for a 2nd home.

Hi,I was wondering had a Rough idea of cost of running electricity on new construction for a tiny home, 300 sq ft, with poles on the property.Also if we build multiple tiny homes all needing power on the property, is there an efficient cheaper way to do that instead running power overhead to each one.

I'm brand new to investing and relatively new to the midwest, so I wasn't sure how the harsh climate impacted construction.
