Building a Quadplex in Central Coast California
Hi, I am currently looking into purchasing a lot in San Luis Obispo County and building a quadplex. Was wondering if anyone has any experience in building a duplex, triplex, quadplex, or any other kind of multifamily unit in California and how they went about doing so. Also looking for builders as well if there are any suggestions, thanks!

@Trenton Luera building in CA is no joke. Great to learn from those doing it. Some real gems in these forums. Use search phrases like Development, New Construction, Quadplex, etc.
