Cold calling ?

@Tom Gimer Yup I use that to look thru the Docket line items and then pull the PR's information to cold call.

Tomorrow I will be making my first set of cold calls (for wholesaling) and I just want to make sure I've thought everything through.

So i have been cold calling lately and building rapport with people on the phone towards the end of the calls everything seems like its going great.

My wholesaler is giving up on the property labeling it a "cold case".

My company is looking to do press about our funds abroad but aren't sure where to start in regards of where to find notable press, trade publications in the specific locations, etc. -- focus on Mexico, UAE and India.

They may get cold feet if the economy really starts to slow down.Make a plan, work the plan, adapt the plan when circumstances change.

There will be long periods where you see no results and you feel it is getting you nowhere... those are the times you need to keep on pressing!

It doesn't detect water, just temperature changes from evaporation, overnight cooling, cold water in a warm room, etc.

However, many are surprised there are broken or fall off vents that kept the house cold.
