Congrats, what are your real estate investment goals?

What would be nice is also to have someone on more often who has been around a longer period of time (ala pre-2008) as most people in real estate only know the good times and what we have ahead of us is not the good times.

As much as financing is about numbers, it's a people business at the end of the day!

I am a 42 year old newbie to Real Estate; out of New Jersey.  

New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?

I'm working for a broker and real estate agent (as a contract handyman I'm not on their payroll)  who have recently become involved with rentals. 

On top of the fact that I already have a business plan showing that income from the other ag operations cover the annual payments?
