@Andrew A. smart move, Cleveland is a very cool place, a lot of energy,  and growing it seems weekly , winter not so great.

I could have a beneficial interest owned by multiple other trusts where those beneficial interests are in turn owned by layer upon layer of other entities, etc.I agree with you that nothing is bullet proof and in the end most things are discoverable but to do so under our judicial system is far from a walk in the park.

Also you have to ask yourself if I put in my time and energy on this and I make $0 at the end of the day would I truly be joyful?

You can't evict them if they refuse.It may be OK for a couple rentals but for anyone managing large numbers it's a real energy drain to protect you against something that is extremely rare.
