Yea I would definitely stay away from buying courses especially since wholesaling is beng talked about all over youtube you can just type in wholesaling and there is tons of info (for free may I add) on wholesaling and takes some ppl take thier audience on actual live meetings with potential clients to give you more insight on how to talk to sellers etc.

Whereas, my friend Sam may be a full time investor and be willing to take anything with an ROI over 12%.The bottom line is that I never throw out a lead based solely on how closely it aligns to the mythical 70% Rule.

I've had literally thousands of clients who never thought it would happen to them, but lawsuits do, and given the predatory ilk who file them (read, lawyers, and especially here), they can be very ugly and extremely frightening, including to good people like the BP audience

if you're renting you're going to have to deal with the lead paint issue (build before 78);  some people with children won't live around power stations if there are lines overhead - or is it just a station?
