I am new to wholesaling. I would like to know would it be to my advantage to get a local mentor?  I also work a 9-5 job.The program would be for $1500 down and $197 a month for 6 months. Split deals 50/50 and a money back guarantee. Thanks for the input.

No. Most likely, when you ask for your money back, those phone calls won't be returned.

I don't know your program, and I don't know your person, but I have been on BP for a while, and these deals just never seem to work out.

Spend time on BiggerPockets and read everything posted in the forums and the blog about wholesaling. Listen to any of the wholesaling podcasts. If you still have questions, start posting them in the forums. You can learn an awful lot here for free.
