Great program and they are the only people I know who will cover the rent when they do not have a tenant for you.

also check on Gorilla capital in Eugene Oregon tell them I referred you they have a pretty good program for newer folks.  

I cannot speak to the Fortune Builders program but I do see considerable value in finding the right coach/program to help you to action against your goals. 

You would have to refinance if you wanted to rent your house and buy a new house under the VA program.

My plan is to buy a single house, do repairs and upgrade and possibly sell in a few years to reap a tax free program that exists.  

I wanted to also mention I have looked at FHA Down payments assistance programs.

Seek out the ones offering the support or lack of it that you're looking for, commission splits and fees will be based on what you want and some brokers will even customize a program to what you want. 

My husband and I are considering the mastery program through Fortune Builders.
