In the end if it doesn't work out we would change our approach or even sell it; whcih we've had offers on.  3Year rental; I don't think I could handle that. be too worried after year two.

@Patricia Steiner I understand what you saying and I my wording was wrong but I attended to pay and cut ends on deals till I feel comfortable on my own or better yet just work out a deal with the mentor I know the meaning of the saying “one hands washes the other”.
