in todays environment, its all about contacting and connecting with owners directly.

If something tragic were to happen you want to show that you did as much due diligence as you could have to provide for the safest pool environment.  

Definitely worth a hard look there.I agree on DFW in current environment.

I have a feeling its only an option in loose money environments like we find ourselves in now, but time will tell.  

As an investor, I am always looking to deploy capital, in any market environment, you just have to find the right deal.In 5-7 years, I think prices will be higher than they are today.

Brown in a rural setting where blending into the environment is desirable might be ideal.

I spent half my military career in Co-living environments, and once out off base I didn’t like it.

My desire is to be connected to a broker or team that is very active in investing and I would be able to expand and grow my knowledge and activity further from the environment that is in place. 

Unfortunately they work for so many people which is why they are used.If this education and coaching environment is what works for you and nothing else will...

Frankly I don't love this idea as my current work environment has really burned me out in the last year and I want to start heading in the REI direction.
