The only good news is that the repairs are mstly cosmetic, and I'm confident on the contractor part.The appraiser I talked to knows less than me.Is there anyplace to go to get appraisal info on non-standard residential?  

I guess In my mind the devil I know is better than the one I don’t know  Would you feel like it was your fault if you booted him then 3 weeks later you turned on the news & saw that a child in the next neighborhood over was victimized by this person after he moved in down the street from them?
