Class A would be all good/great categories in this regard and Class D would refer to the worst/bad properties in those neighborhoods.  

I kept that mindset too long into the higher rate environment and have recently shifted my perspective especially on refinances and here is why:1) To frame this, it is important to first consider the total cost of refinancing.

Is this a realistic concern?

I am new to this Forum and am thinking about getting into Real Estate Investing.  

The result is that even though I sold the property I am showing a late payment on my credit.I was planning to DSCR an investment property and this throws a monkey wrench in things.

I'm sure it's a great time to invest there, in fact I'll get 22% on my money if I go with this syndication!
