Questions About Buying Properties Without Using Your Own Money, Loans Or Credit…

Hello, All!  I am new to this Forum and am thinking about getting into Real Estate Investing.  I have been following a Real Estate Guru, Ron LeGrand, for several years and am thinking about purchasing one of his Real Estate Courses.  What I like about what he’s offering is that he says he teaches people to purchase houses, as well as other types of properties, without using any of your own money, loans, or credit.  He also states that if you do this the right way, you will never have to use any of your own money, as once you get your first deal, you can just use the money from that deal and then reinvest that money into your next deal, etc.

So my questions to the forum are:

1) What are your thoughts on Ron LeGrand and do you think his courses are worth the investment?

2) Is it necessary to take a Real Estate Course, or can someone learn this method of Real Estate Investing on their own, through reading books, doing research and talking to people that have used this method of investing?

3) Have any of you tried this method of Real Estate Investing and if so, has it worked for you?

Any input or advise you can give me will be greatly appreciated!
