Nice Sqft first I recommend set a budget and then shop around for general or private contractors and material Vendors crunch those numbers hopefully you get idea the total amount.

My two partners and I are members and just meeting local vendors and contractors has been worth it.

I typically wouldn't but I paid a vendor recently via PayPal and she made me pay the PayPal service fee.
