As a host with nearly 5,000 reviews I still stay in hotels sometimes.

Additionally, there's a multi-family investor meet up hosted by @Taylor L. late September and I happen to be speaking.  

I have had wedding parties, model photoshoots, artistic projects, private dinners, and other kinds of odd events held at my property.I do have very good reviews, I am a Super Host on Airbnb, and I offer a luxury rental with quality and design that is very rare to find as an available rental in this city.

I also use guesty for hosts so it sends automated messages to my cleaners everytime there is a new reservation made, change to a reservation, a reminder a day or two before a checkout, and a reminder before a new guest checks in just in case.

Because we are guests of the host nation it's unlikely the military would want people doing this and thus, probably why it's not a thing. 

@Jonatan Barbera hosts the Craft Brewed Real Estate of San Antonio meeting at various locations around town that serve great beer.  

One thing that is imperative in our municipality is that when hosting any tourists or foreign guests overnight, hosts must collect their guests’ identifying information, including an image of their passport or national identification at the time of check-in and WITHIN 24 HOURS following arrival, must communicate to the territorially competent police headquarters and our local municipality.
