Hello, 

 I’m new to all this and trying to wrap my head around this stuff. I was sent this link and podcast info because I was interested in renting or flipping houses, and I’m just trying to learn and network in my area. I’m in Oklahoma and was wondering about groups or meet ups etc. No clue where to start?
