HI All! I am new to investing and wondering what your recommendations are about the different networking groups and how they are alike, and different? My goal is to look for mulitfamily units that I can rent out for passive income.  Eager to learn and network! Thank you!

@Rick Pozos puts on a great networking event. I went to one where we took a field trip to someone's rehab and walked the property mid construction. Great way for new investors to learn. Lifestyles Unlimited also has a good program if you're looking to get into buy and hold.
