These cables are supposed to be underground to connect.Instead some cable are running on the ground to my building and other buildings.I think tenants are illegally tapping these boxes for cable.2 problems:1.The wires on the ground are trip hazards and unsafe when mowing the yard.2.I don't know who to report this to??

In my city, you can't have a yard sale more than 2 weekends in a row without a permit.

I was able to give him a swift fling into the front yard where he then scampered up a tree.

Half of my deals come from private sellers that never had a sign in their yard.

I have not noticed it taking any longer to rent a house with a small yard compared to getting a house with a big yard rented.

I do agree with you in staying in the area that is right in your back yard because it is much easier.

For now I have just been bird-dogging for him, and following him around while he rehabs his deals, what a great way to make a living.Anyway, I can not really show him deals out of the area (he likes to keep things in his back yard), but many of the out of the area deals have potential, and that is why I am here.I think I will be able to grow in this forum, it has great information and the networking potential is obvious to me.I look forward to posting some of the deals I find, and hopefully partnering or getting a finders fee to start out, then eventually get in to investing my own money (After I make some bird-dogging).Thanks :cool:

My family and I recently moved to Phoenix and decided to landscape our front yard by replacing the grass and with rock cover, desert grasses and a few cacti.

I didn't like doing the chores and stuff I did as a kid, but then I look back and think I was such a hard worker, why don't all the kids today chomp at the bit to do yard work and homework
