This is based in part on what my go-to commercial LO tells me, and in part on what consumers in commercial loans gripe to me about.Commercial lending is often based on the cashflow of the asset, and not so much your personal income situation (meaning if you make enough personally, a residential lender will let you do cashflow negative things that a commercial lender might say 'no' to).

Later this year, I'll be changing career once again and my W2 will be ~350k$, so I definitely plan with sticking to this, I like technology and I like to spend all my day working in time consuming jobs until I will be financial independent and able to scale down, hence I was looking for a more passive opportunity that would allow me to diversify from the risks of the stock market.
