New Investor Looking to Network

Hello BP! I'm a new investor for SoCal but feel like I have been doing this for years. I have a passion for real estate and I've been consuming all the great blog post and podcast that I can for the last year. I'm know starting to look aggressively to close my first few deals. I'm currently focused on the Kansas Market (though also looking in Dallas/Houston) and have a contract out on a SFR via a turnkey. I'm also looking to build a local network in KC, so I would love to connect with any investor friendly agents, property managers and contractors in the KC area.

I'm very thankful this site exist, it has been a huge help getting to read about other experiences.
