Personally I am in Hastings and market in the twin cities area and Goodhue County.I belong to MNREIA and attend their meetings but am looking for some fellow Wholesalers to shoot the sh*t with and bounce ideas off over coffee or lunch once in awhile.With all of the courses I have taken and seminars I have attended and the different marketing that is available in our line of Real Estate would love to have people to share and improve with.Thanks,Sean

Crossing MLK, and I didn't really even pass Cross St (except down near M&T east of Scott), Pigtown was palpably different.

But lets say, three months from now I will have enough knowledge and courage to find and make my first deal (niches and strategies doesn´t matter, cause to be honest I am still not sure which niche and strategy I´d choose for beginning).

You'll probably lose your shirt the first time but, you'll learn a valuable lesson that no guru or forum can teach you...

The biggest flaw is there is a steep learning curve and a lot of the functionality is built for communicating with clients (homeowners), which isn't really applicable for flipping houses.Smartsheet/AirTable - Provide spreadsheet style platforms with additional functionalities for uploading documents/images, assigning tasks, calendar, images, etc...It sounds like you are sick of spreadsheets, but I developed a pretty crazy spreadsheet for managing projects which I am now transitioning into a web-based project management application as well.
