Legal form of business

Adrián Nemec
Posted

Hello people,

as you can guess, I am new here. I´ve just finish that Investing real estate-  beginner guide, and now I have to learn.. a lot. I am aware of that. But lets say, three months from now I will have enough knowledge and courage to find and make my first deal (niches and strategies doesn´t matter, cause to be honest I am still not sure which niche and strategy I´d choose for beginning). So the question is, what legal form is best for real estate business (Sole Proprietorship, Corporation etc) ?
