Im lucky to work in an interactive office environment for a private company, where I have the ear of some successful operators.Everyone learns differently, but without the working experience I now have (and continue to compile, every day), my path to operator would surely be a bit longer.

There are expenses from time to time, but the day to day is handled and covered by the rent I receive!

As a land broker, usually when someone says they want to "build a tiny home on some land one day", it's a pipe dream, and since we are commission-only people, it's scary to spend a lot of time with people who can just change their mind at any time, after we've put in a lot of time holding their hand. 

Is there any online legal sites that I can obtain the wording or form to do the 10-day statutory notice regarding right of redemption to remove the prior owners for a foreclosure I bought at auction.

If they are good enough and established they have plenty of other options to manage properties that are not as day to day intensive. 

I am not licensed for consumer loans in ID (I can do investor stuff all day long, but not consumer in ID), so I can provide impartial advice.
