Ohio markets show up 3 times in Zillow’s 2024 hottest markets, with Columbus and Cincinnati taking the top 2 and 3 spots.

It opened doors to new markets for agricultural products such as cotton, sugar, and grains, laying the foundation for prosperous farming and trade economies across the newly acquired territories.Investors keen on infrastructure development saw potential in establishing trade routes, settlements, and towns that would eventually grow into thriving cities.

As far as finding the right markets, the BP podcast called "On The Market" shares reports of best markets as do other platforms but BP is my fav for sure.

My thinking is the storage unit at 2600 mo is much more wiser than 54k in the money market at 5.2 %.
