Yosemite, Sequoia, and Mammoth, although good vacation destination locations, are far from the bulk of California residents which reside in Southern California.

Located in the Spa Zone of Southern California surrounded by three National Parks, Mt San Jacinto, San Gorgonio and Joshua Tree within 30 minutes.

I have always wanted to do something in the Caribbean.

I plan to have some liquidity, but am skeptical that there will be plentiful real estate deals available in Southern California where I would like to focus, even if there is a recession.

I live and invest in the Mexican Caribbean, in Tulum.

I love the Pacific Northwest and have also been looking to do the same in Southern WA State and Northern Oregon. 

(I'm in Southern California) Because of this, I am thinking it's best to partner with someone more experienced in a straight fix and flip until I have enough capital to do this on my own.
