Considering buying a vacation rental in Barbados, Curacao, or Antigua? Opinions?

We are looking at those 3 areas, because my husband is a golfer, and they have reasonably priced golf on these islands. Any opinions on the ease of renting out a place in these areas, or other problems? I appreciate the feedback.
