Mid-Term Rental Mamma
I have converted two of my homes to mid-term rentals and am looking to invest in more mid-term rental sites. My goal is to get a small multi-family situation using creative financing in the Roseville, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Folsom Corridor. I love the Pacific Northwest and have also been looking to do the same in Southern WA State and Northern Oregon.
