Many male brokers blew off my calls and my buyer clients because they wanted to get both sides of the deal.

I know the bay area fairly well as i grew up there but less confident about the financials side since I'm new to multi unit investing.

@Angela Yan , I am looking into other real estate ventures out side of the buy and hold portfolio.

Its eating into my other rental income profits and slowing my ability to have cash available for purchases when a hot deal crosses my path. 

This is a hard business...it makes sense to have someone on your side that you can call, meet in person, walk properties together, etc.  

IDEALLY I would love to find an investor who basically has been doing this and wants skin in the game but does not want to deal with the head aches of the construction or management side.

I am about three years away from paying off my primary residence through a savings plan of money I'm making from my job/side hustles. 

The market is hot now, I could walk away with 20k if I sell my current home as is.

I live on one side and rent the other side.

A lot of times they’re across the street on the neighbors property because delivery is only made on one side of the street.
