Usually when a gemini is parceled separately, but have a common wall, there is some type of separation line so each owner knows where their property (and responsibility) begins and ends.

My tenants of 1 3/4 years are nice people but demanding and recently used the veiled threat of a teenage son with emotional issues needing a service animal to 'persuade' us to allow a dog.

@Tiffany Perry fyi exp realty does not allow property management so if she's doing it it should be under a separate entity.
