Greetings All! Looking forward to becoming a part of the Bigger Pockets community.

I've been reading Bigger Pockets books and listening to the podcast for about a year now. By day I'm a marketing manager in the sporting goods industry. My wife and I have been saving up to build a nest egg large enough to start hunting some deals. While I feel it's important to have a clear goal, we are remaining flexible in deciding whether to go after a fix and flip or BRRR, however ideally we are looking to tackle a fix and flip that can act as a BRRR if things don't work out as intended.

I'm slightly nervous about investing in Phoenix, so we're also keeping our eyes open in Prescott and Yuma as well.

I haven't done a good job of networking with other investors or service vendors in the past, so I'm hoping to change that soon.
