I own a small piece of land in a rapidly developing area of Tulsa.  

This would give me an APR of 11% and that would grow as they add other properties.

I have clients that needed management in place or they couldn't grow their portfolio and are looking to David to manage them.

I want her to grow up and say I remember when my dad did this or took me here,  Not my dad had to work or my dad didn't make it to my recital. 

Trying to figure out ways to grow this business into one I can support myself full time from.

Hello BP Community,I am a Realtor in the Philadelphia market with a large brokerage looking to expand and grow my network.

Here are my thoughts:-can't be too close to the ocean, sea level is rising rapidly-Ideally it'd be nearby (I live in Virginia) so somewhere on the east coast that I could drive back and forth to-Once I graduate, I was going to move to TX or NV and get involved in real estate there.

I am really looking forward to growing my network and learning from people already making deals.
