Ideal REI locations
Hello!
I am a newbie, and want to get into real estate soon.
It seems that the market will crash in 2016, so I figure that late 2016 or early-mid 2017 would be a great time to invest what with prices dropping.
With this in mind, where do you guys think a good location would be?
Here are my thoughts:
-can't be too close to the ocean, sea level is rising rapidly
-Ideally it'd be nearby (I live in Virginia) so somewhere on the east coast that I could drive back and forth to
-Once I graduate, I was going to move to TX or NV and get involved in real estate there.
-For now, I'm thinking Harrisonburg (JMU is a rapidly expanding college, the town is entirely based off of JMU's expansion).
What do you guys think?
Thanks!
-Joe
