Tulsa, OK--Own Family Property--Need Financing for Project

Hello!

I own a small piece of land in a rapidly developing area of Tulsa. I am wanting to "develop" the land with some single-family units. I have already established a LLC with a EIN. This would be a "new" business. Has anyone had a good experience with a local Tulsa lender who is willing to invest in a small start-up land development company?

Thank you in advance for any information!
