I went into my first deal being mentally prepared to lose it all!

It's impacting my mental health.

Living in the same building must somehow affect the renter's psychology because these two brothers acted like they owned the building -- way worse than the usual inherited tenant "I was here first" mentality.   

I believe he means well (He’s had mental and physical health challenges , which is why Mom was inclined to do this in the first place —  but he is taking unfair advantage and has a history of doing so — including stealing $ and personal property from her). 

When I knew him, he was homeless and suffering from mental issues, emotional issues, and was suicidal.

For this instance  the Deal Analyzer tool often promoted by the publishers on this forum is definitely a must.

I always promote putting the minimum down.  

I am considering moving into the house next to you and promote my "gentlemen club" with pictures of some of the girls who work for me on my truck.

They will focus more on network via social media sites to promote their business.

I would have been working already if it wasn't for an inconvenience that came up, plus i I moved back like 15 days ago..I take care of ppl with mental disabilities.As for the real estate license, I need to find out the process.
